Project Description
Increasing demand for transparency is spurred by challenges of arbitral awards and dissatisfaction of some parties with costs of arbitration. The research project was launched in November 2015 to evaluate the root causes and need for transparency if it is well founded. Alternatively if there is a degree of declining confidence in the foundational principles of integrity and code of ethics, which will determine the future of ADR in international trade.
